Better Prices, Better Service
Your pet deserves the best, and you do, too. Our goal is to provide quality veterinary care that doesn’t break the bank.
We work with our clients to provide them options – from payment plans for more extensive surgery and treatment, to regular, affordable prices for your pet’s annual wellness. Our regular office visit of $39 allows you to bring your sick pet in anytime; and we offer discounted visits for healthy pets to encourage prevention (our healthy pet exam is only $25!).
Preventative care is extremely important to the health of your furry friends. Since we started our vaccination clinics in 2016, we’ve found that 1 in 20 dogs test positive for heartworms. 85% of dogs AND cats over 3 years old have significant periodontal disease – a painful condition that eventually takes years off your pet’s life. Many pets struggle with chronic conditions – itchy skin, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, obesity, chronic joint pain, behavioral problems, and worse.
Our goal is to catch problems before they happen and diagnose conditions that your pet’s been struggling with that they can’t tell you about.
Request your appointment for fast, friendly service, at a price you can afford.
How often should I bring my pet in for preventative care?
Just like us, pets need yearly “doctor” visits to catch diseases and conditions before they happen. In fact, since pets age must faster than we do, yearly checkups are critical to their health and happiness.
I have a question about the price for a service that isn’t on your website. How do I get that estimate?
For many services, we have a price that, even if it isn’t listed on here, we can provide over the phone (817-617-PETS). However, for some services – especially when it comes to sick pets, treatment plans, and other situations where we may recommend different solutions – we can’t generate an estimate until we see your pet. Our office visit and exam fee is $39 (or $25 for healthy pets coming in for preventative care). For any additional diagnostics or medications, we provide detailed estimates upfront.
If you’re working with a tight budget, we highly recommend coming in so we can build a plan and estimate for your pet. We also offer payment plans that may be an option for your situation.
I have an emergency! How long does it take for you to respond to an appointment request?
We aim for a quick response! We typically make contact in no longer than one business day. However, if you have an emergency situation, please call us at 817-617-7387 so we can see your pet immediately. Some situations that are especially concerning include:
- Uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea
- Cat that hasn’t eaten for 2 days or longer
- Urine or feces with blood
- Cat that has not urinated for 24 hours or more
- Potential broken bones
- Rapid weight loss
- Dog or cat hit by a car
- Serious cuts or bleeding injuries
Please call us as soon as possible for these situations; we will want to see your pet as soon as we possibly can.
